GENERAL CONDITIONS

RESERVATION REQUEST
Reservations are accepted up to a maximum of 6 people.
For larger groups, parties or ceremonies, please write to: rist.rino@gmail.com or contact the number 0365 551125.

TABLE BOOKING CONDITIONS
- Reservation with Telephone Confirmation: you must wait for the table to be available from our dining room staff.

CANCELLATION POLICY
It is possible to cancel or modify a reservation up to 12 hours before the date and time booked by telephone and then by email at rist.rino@gmail.com .
Cancellations and numerical defections received after 12 hours from the date and time booked or the no-show will result in the Deposit and the Booking Fee of € 10 per person will not be refundable.

DELAYS
The reservation is valid with tolerance up to 15 minutes after the set time and in any case no later than 13.45 for lunch and 21.15 for dinner, after 15 MIN. THE RESERVATION will change to "NO SHOW" and the table will be sold.

MENU'
The menus are subject to seasonality, weather conditions and market availability so they may be subject to variations during the season.
We welcome children with pleasure, we ask you to pay the utmost attention to respect for other guests.
We inform you that we have a limited number of child seats, therefore we invite you to report the request for a child seat.
Pets are not allowed inside the restaurant.
It is not allowed to smoke in the garden and in the porch aromatic cigars, pipes, electronic cigarettes and vape.
The management is not responsible for things, objects, and valuables left unattended.

ALLERGENS

In our restaurant we cannot guarantee the administration of food suitable for people with specific intolerances, the fish intended to be eaten raw or practically has been subjected to preventive reclamation treatment in compliance with the requirements of Reg. EC 853/2004 annex III section XIII, chapter 3, letter Dm point 3 (killing)

EU regulation 1169

Pursuant to the provisions of EU regulation 1169, the allergens are listed below with an identification letter. In correspondence to each dish there are capital letters: each of them indicates a specific allergen, obviously the presence of a minimum quantity of allergens of other types in addition to those specifically listed for a given food cannot be excluded.
